Payment and Shipping Policies

Payment 

Once we have received notification that your payment has processed we will then process your order and ship it out.

The funds need to clear within 7 days of placing your order, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction that does not meet the deadline.

All orders shipped to a Maine address will be charged 5.5% local sales tax. All orders shipped to a Massachusetts address will be charged 6.25% local sales tax. 

The customer is responsible for all Customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) fees per your countries laws.

Shipping

At this time all of our shipping is done through the USPS and UPS. For domestic orders, we ship UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Post and Priority Mail. Generally, all in stock items will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All made to order items are generally made up within 3 to 5 days from the time the order is placed.

For our International Customers:

Our international shipping is done through UPS and the US Postal Service using their least expensive method available. We cannot provide tracking information & cannot refund for orders not received. If you want a guarantee, you will probably not like the shipping costs but please feel free to contact us for a quote.
