This is a beautiful Maple wooden bowl.
The bowl is 9 inches in diameter by 2 3/8 inches high. All sizes are approximate. The foot is 3 inches wide and has been turned with a little concave to add stability. Approximately 5/8 of an inch down from the rim I've added a decorative textured ring all around the bowl. This wooden bowl has a nice flat rim that gently slopes into the bowl.
The bowl has been finished with an all natural polymerized Tung oil and wax finish which makes it food safe and then it has been buffed to bring it to a nice luster.
The bowl that you see pictured is the bowl that you will receive. Care instructions will be included.
This Maple bowl would make a great Christmas gift, Wedding gift or Anniversary present. This bowl could be used as a fruit bowl, salad bowl, popcorn bowl, candy dish or even as a place to keep your mail.
This bowl was hand turned on a lathe using only hand tools and was made in Maine with pride.
